Refund policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges and refunds are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at libertyandlightusa@gmail.com within 30 days of product delivery with evidence.
